Ask any questions you have about general hair care, product formulations, product marketing, or other hair or formulation topics you are curious about! 
 
Questions are priced at $5 per question, or $20 for five questions (discount will be applied at checkout). 
 
Some examples of questions that can be answered through email questions:
1) If my hair is thin and fine, what should I use for a pre-wash treatment?
2) How can I make my hair look and feel more soft and shiny?
3) What is hard water buildup, and how do I know if I might have it?
4) How do I know if I have low or high elasticity?
5) What sorts of marketing claims should I avoid when choosing products?
 
Some examples of questions that will NOT be answered through email questions (these questions are too broad and would require a full hair analysis or consultation in order to answer them adequately):
1) What is my hair type?
2) What conditioner should I use if my hair is dry? 
3) How can I prevent hair loss? (Any medical questions should be directed to a doctor or dermatologist)
4) What ingredients should I look for in a conditioner if my hair is coarse and low elasticity?
 
Questions will be answered thoroughly and adequately to ensure that you are getting your money's worth. We have the right to refuse or deny answering any questions that we do not feel fit the guidelines above. If we do deny a question, you will be fully refunded back to your original method of payment.
