At Strandprint, we are committed to providing personalized and high-quality services. Due to the nature of our Hair Profiles, we do not offer refunds or returns. Each profile is uniquely tailored to the individual client, making it impossible to resell or reuse.

Refund Eligibility

​

• Customers are eligible for a full refund before sending in their sample collection kit for up to one year after their hair analysis was purchased. 

• Once the sample collection kit is received by Strandprint, refunds or returns are no longer available.

Sample Collection Kit Policy

​

• Customers have up to one year from the purchase date to send in their sample collection kit.

• After one year, refunds will not be issued, regardless of whether the hair sample was returned.

Customer Satisfaction

We understand that there may be instances where you are dissatisfied with the service or recommendations provided. If this occurs, we encourage you to reach out to us at info@strandprint.com. Our team will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution​

Complete Hair Profile Customers

​

• If you purchased a Complete Hair Profile and feel the product or routine recommendations are not working, we ask that you wait a minimum of 90 days before contacting us.

• Hair often requires up to 90 days to respond to new products and routines.

• If, after 90 days, you still feel the recommendations are not effective, please email us at info@strandprint.com. We will reassess your analysis and adjust your recommendations as needed.

Missing or Resending Hair Profiles

• If you do not receive the emailed PDF of your Hair Profile within 3–4 weeks of the postmark date on your returned sample, or if you need it resent for any reason, please contact us at info@strandprint.com.
