   - Your Complete Profile (emailed as a PDF).
   - Your elasticity, porosity, and width results.
   - Detailed overview of our findings, including buildup, UV damage, split ends, etc. 
   - 9+ high resolution microscopic photos of your hair (including root, midshaft, and tip).
   - 3 to 5 specific, budget-conscious product recommendations in each category: shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, and leave-in products.
   - Detailed wash and styling routine specifically for your hair type.
   - Addressing your current hair frustrations and detailed advice on how to fix them.
   - 3-question email follow up with our head hair analyst. This can be redeemed any time between 1 day and 6 months after receiving your analysis. You will have the chance to ask questions and adjust product/routine recommendations if necessary. Email questions can be redeemed at any time, and you will receive a response within 1 week of asking your questions.
